Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

Northern Geo, LLC – Appleton, MN

Pay: $16–$20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Location: In person

Northern Geo, LLC, a renewable energy manufacturing company, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support our sales and customer service team. The CSR is the first point of contact for customers and provides product information, processes orders, and resolves issues with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls

• Provide product/service information and generate sales leads

• Enter sales orders, estimates, invoices, and assist with parts/heat pump inquiries

• Coordinate with Production and Shipping to ensure accurate order fulfillment

• Process warranty claims and maintain customer account records

• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate technical questions when needed

• Assemble Project Binders

• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 2–3 years customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with CRM systems; proficient in Microsoft Office

• High school diploma
