systems, and other energy-efficient products used in residential, commercial, and

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support daily manufacturing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality

craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, fabrication, and production of geothermal heat pumps and

related equipment

• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and

efficiently

• Prepare materials, components, and workstations for production tasks

• Perform cleaning, packaging, labeling, and palletizing of finished products

• Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading/unloading materials

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards

• Assist technicians, assemblers, and other team members as needed

• Report equipment issues, material shortages, or safety concerns promptly

• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not

required

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn new skills and support various departments as needed

• High school diploma or equivalen
