Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of geothermal heat pumps and renewable energy products, as well as a passion for providing top-notch technical support to contractors and customers. This role involves a mix of troubleshooting, technical advising, and hands-on work to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support over the phone to contractors troubleshooting geothermal heat pumps and renewable energy systems.

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and renewable energy systems.

• Conduct diagnostic testing and performance evaluations to ensure optimal system functionality.

• Stay up to date with advancements in HVAC technology, particularly in geothermal and renewable energy.

• Document service calls and resolutions to improve product support and customer service.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical issues and improve product quality.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably with geothermal systems.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including geothermal heat pumps and renewable energy products.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills to effectively assist contractors and customers.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Certification in HVAC (EPA certification is preferred).

• Basic computer skills to document service calls and updates.
