🚀 Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves supporting customers, processing orders, preparing quotes, and working with our sales and technical support teams to ensure a great customer experience. If you enjoy helping people and working with energy-efficient products, we’d love to hear from you!

💼 Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website forms

• Provide product information, pricing, and availability

• Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales orders

• Support outside sales reps with lead coordination and communication

• Build strong customer relationships and handle repeat business

• Update and manage CRM/customer records

• Coordinate with production and shipping departments

• Participate in sales meetings and product training

🔧 Qualifications:

• Previous sales, customer service, or HVAC industry experience preferred

• Comfortable with phone communication and email correspondence

• Ability to learn technical product information (training provided)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)

• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and reliability
